Founded in 1980,
Blini S.A. is the market leader with a market share
of 35% under the brand name "Blini", and more than 50%
under other brand names.
The factory
located in Normandy, is separated into two buildings, one
specialising in Bakery products such as blinis or pancakes,
and the other specialising in Seafood products, dips and
spreads.
Production
capacity is based on the increased demand in December, and so the
final products are always guaranteed ultra-fresh.
